Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 7, 2026

The short version

  • This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or trackers.
  • Our games run on Roblox. Your progress and settings are stored by Roblox, not on a server of ours.
  • Our own server only does matchmaking: it holds your Roblox ID and name while you are in a party, queue or match, and deletes them on its own soon after.
  • We never sell information or use it for advertising.
  • Parents and players can ask us to see or delete their game data at me@superkor.net.

Who we are

Peak Time Studios (“we”, “us”) is an independent studio that makes games on the Roblox platform, including Match The Build. We run this website, peaktime.world, and one small matchmaking server that helps Roblox’s game servers put players into matches.

Roblox Corporation is responsible for your Roblox account and for the platform the games run on. We are responsible only for what our games and this website do, as described below.

Contact for anything privacy-related: me@superkor.net.

What this policy covers

This policy covers two things:

  • this website, peaktime.world; and
  • our games on Roblox (the “games”).

You play our games through your Roblox account. Roblox runs that account, the Roblox apps, the game servers, chat, voice, payments and moderation, and handles that information under its own Privacy and Cookie Policy. We never see your Roblox password, email address, phone number, date of birth, real name, location or payment details.

Information from this website

The website has no accounts, no forms, no advertising and no analytics or tracking tools. It sets no cookies. Fonts and videos are served from the website itself.

  • Server and network logs. Like any website, the servers that deliver these pages (our host and Cloudflare, which protects and speeds up the site) receive your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. We use this only to keep the site running and secure, and keep it only as long as needed for that.
  • Images from Roblox. Game icons on the home page load from Roblox’s image servers, so Roblox receives the same basic request information when your browser fetches them.
  • Emails you send us. If you write to me@superkor.net, we receive your email address and whatever you include, and use it only to answer you.

Information in our games

Our games run on Roblox’s servers. Almost everything they keep is kept by Roblox, in the storage and analytics tools Roblox gives game creators:

WhatExamplesWhy
Roblox identifiersYour Roblox user ID, username and display nameTo know whose progress is whose and show names in matches and on leaderboards
Game progressCoins, level, wins, perfect builds, streaks, time played, owned items (island skins, pets, emotes, effects), quests and rewards, tutorial stepsTo save your progress between sessions
SettingsVolume, controls, camera and display choices, who may invite youTo keep your settings between sessions
Building skillHow accurately and how fast you build, per difficultySo the hardest bots play at your level
DuelsCoins staked, wins and losses, your last duels and who you playedTo run duels and pay out the right coins
Purchases and donationsWhich item you bought, Roblox’s receipt ID, how many Robux you donated (never payment details)To deliver what you bought exactly once, and for the donation leaderboard
Gameplay and device eventsSteps such as “finished the tutorial” or “match ended”, device type (phone, tablet, computer, console, VR) and input typeTo find where the game is confusing or broken and fix it

Progress, settings and leaderboards are stored in Roblox’s data storage for games. Gameplay events go to Roblox’s analytics for game creators, where we see totals and funnels, not the history of one person.

Our matchmaking server keeps none of the above. While you are in a party, a queue, a match or a duel, it holds only what it needs for that: your user ID, username, display name and level, your party, which match server you were sent to and, in a duel, the coins at stake. It deletes this on its own soon after (see How long we keep it). It also keeps anonymous counts, such as how many players were online, with no user IDs.

Friends and our community. To show which friends are online, let you invite them, watch their matches and give the friends coin bonus, our games read your Roblox friends list while you play. To give the community reward, they check whether you are in our Roblox community. Neither is saved.

Fair play. Game servers check during a match for impossible moves, such as flying or standing on another player’s island. A player who keeps doing this is removed from the match. These checks are not saved to your profile or to our server.

Chat and voice are provided and moderated by Roblox. Our games only decide who can hear whom during a match (for example, eliminated players talk to each other); we do not record or store chat messages or voice.

What other players can see

  • Your name, level, device type icon and win streak above your character.
  • Leaderboard positions and their numbers: wins, perfect builds, win streak, coins earned, time played, daily streak, climb height and Robux donated.
  • Your stats, when another player looks up your username.
  • A message with your name in the lobbies when you make a large donation.

How we use information, and our legal bases

  • To provide the games you chose to play: matches, progress, purchases, leaderboards (necessary to provide the service).
  • To keep the games fair and safe and enforce our Terms of Use (our legitimate interest, and yours, in fair play).
  • To improve the games using gameplay events that we see only as totals (legitimate interest).
  • To answer you when you contact us.

We do not sell information, share it for advertising, build advertising profiles, or track you across other websites or apps.

Who we share it with

Only the services needed to run the games and this site, and only for that purpose:

  • Roblox Corporation, the platform the games run on (game servers, storage, analytics, payments).
  • Our hosting provider, which runs our matchmaking server and this site.
  • Cloudflare, which sits in front of our server and this site for security and performance.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect players, us or others from fraud or harm.

Where information is processed

Our providers, including Roblox and Cloudflare, may process information in the United States and other countries. Where information leaves your country, we rely on these providers’ own safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

  • Game progress and settings (stored by Roblox): for as long as we operate the game, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
  • Matchmaking on our server: parties, invites and queues are deleted a few minutes after you leave the game. A match is deleted 2 minutes after it ends. A duel is deleted an hour after it ends, or, if coins are still owed to a player who left, once they are paid and at most after 90 days.
  • Anonymous counts on our server: 3 days.
  • Emails: as long as needed to deal with your message.
  • Website logs: only briefly, for security and troubleshooting.

Children

Roblox is used by people of all ages, including children under 13. Our games are designed to collect as little as possible: we receive only the Roblox identifiers and gameplay data described above, which are needed to operate the game. We do not ask for names, email addresses, photos, locations or any other contact details inside our games, and we do not show personalized advertising.

Roblox’s own parental controls apply to everything in our games, including chat and spending limits.

Parents and guardians can ask us to show or delete the game data tied to their child’s Roblox account. Email me@superkor.net with the child’s Roblox username. We may ask a question to confirm the request is genuine.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EU and UK, Israel’s Privacy Protection Law, or US state laws such as the CCPA and COPPA), you can ask us to:

  • tell you what information we hold about you and give you a copy;
  • correct it;
  • delete it;
  • stop or limit a use of it, or object to it.

Email me@superkor.net with your Roblox username. We answer within 30 days. Deleting game data resets your progress and cannot be undone. When Roblox forwards us a deletion request for an account, we delete that account’s game data as well.

You can also complain to your local data protection authority (in Israel, the Privacy Protection Authority).

Security

No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect what we hold and keep as little as we can.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top. For significant changes we will also post a notice in our games or on our channels.
